Service Description:

Targeted Advertising

The adverts can be triggered to be displayed depending on what section the users visits. The advertiser can select under what sections/subsections where the advert will be displayed.
Currently the adverts are refreshed every 60 seconds, the displayed advert is dependant on which section the user has selected.

Example:
Section-advert	If user selects the "Financial" section, a financial advert would have to most chance of reaching it's proper audience.
Sub-section advert	An advert could be targeted even further, under the financial section the user might check on the US Stock market, if advert placed here, provided it's related to the US Stockmarket, the advert really reaches it's desired audience.

N.B
Since there are no/few paying advertisers, the targeted advertising has been disabled in order to increase speed.

Terms:

1. Advert/Banner must be 468 pixel wide, 60 pixels tall and less than 10k.
2. Advert/Banner must be delivered at least one week before advertising run.
3. Cumulative statistics are emailed to advertisers weekly.
4. No adult or offensive content is permitted.
5. Advert/banner will run until:
   Alt 1 agreed advert/banner impressions has been displayed
   Alt 2 until set date, N.B minimum displays is 15.000
6. Searchfinder.com reserves the right to change the terms and/or rates without further notice.
   Previous agreed contracts will follow the old terms/rates until contract is fulfilled.
   

Rates:

Weekly statistics:

Cumulative weekly statistics will be email to advertisers.
Statistics include:

• weekly & cumulative # of ad displays
• weekly & cumulative # of  click-throughs
• cumulative click-though ratio

Service Description:

Security issues:

Intranet's are like the name implies a private company network. How is security enforced ?
Most companies today have a firewall that protects the Intranet from the Internet. The firewall will
ensure that only employees on the Intranet will have access to the search-results.

Naturally will a separate version of Searchfinder be created per Intranet company that subscribes to the
service. This means that your company will be the only ones that will know the address to the customised Searchfinder. Even if someone on the Internet would be able to access the Search-form, that someone would not be able to get any search-results (provided the Intranet is protected by a firewall).

IP-address restrictions could be set, with an additional charge.

 

Terms:

1. Free maintenance of created search-forms, when fee paid.
2. Free updates of the Internet section of Searchfinder.com
3. Searchfinder.com reserves the right to change the terms and/or rates without further notice.
   Previous agreed contracts will follow the old terms/rates until contract is fulfilled.
   

Rates:

50 US$ per Intranet Search-form created.
20 US$ in yearly maintenance cost per search-form, starting year 2 :
